Replacement Fan and Motor Bearings for AHU

I have problem form my customer compliant as following:

"Are you able to check AHU past 4 monthly PM ? Did you see any abnormal remark on service report ? It is hard to believe fan and motor pulley worn off when regular PM in placed and no sign of abnormal symptom being found"

Quarterly servicing for AHU.

Any Comments?

Sounds like you didn't do any PM and the thing failed.

I have no question for my guy, cause they have done the job as per check list and retify by the owner after PM.

The AHU only operte at 25Hz (VSD) and is operate at 24/7. can this cause the problem?

The Fan and motor pulley cause the belt wear off could be one of the reason. from the result you will belive we never done the good job.

if i have request to replace both pulley and bearings do you think this cause major overhauling for the AHU?

PM is to prevent the major component damage, and the pulley and bearings is moving part. is this major overhauling?
