Power factor is the ratio of active power component of the apparent power, and reactive factor is the ratio of the reactive component of it. In other words, they are Cos ø and Sin ø respectively. However, these are decided by the circuit inductance and capacitance and i wouldn't have thought that cables or busbars or wires had much to do with them.

Value of capacitance for each size in unit length(uf/Km) will available from the cable data sheet in the catalogue of each manufacturer.
