I'm reminded of the McDLT. You remember, the burger from McDonald's - the cool side stayed cool and the hot side stayed hot. Well, Sharp Corp., has created an LCD display that can display two different images depending upon the angle from which you are watching. It can be used to watch two different TV shows, or one side can be attached to a PC while the other is a TV. The display, which costs about double a standard LCD (which seems fair!), will go into mass production this month.
