NGR for 5mW Generator

I need assitant to specify the type of NGR that can be use in the installation of of 5MW generator drive by turbine (technical data) or recommendation to be installed in Nigeria

We all , the members of CR4 are self authorised to recommend the equipments for installation in Nigeria. But i dont know that the Nigerian Gov. will accept it??
