Distance Learning for MSc in Process Design

Sirs,

I would appreciate if you can help me with the following issue:

Now I looking for Distance learning course to get the MSc degree in the chemical engineering. I am interested in the Process design for Oil and Gas industry. I have already got this degree but unfortinately my university is not well known and accepted around the world. So could you please help me with selection of appropriate university and course.

Thank you very much. This is good point. But every web-site is trying to sell the university, and to show it as a best. That is why I would like to get the advice from people who maybe is aware about those universities.
