Club Refurbishment

Hi guys am writing a proposal regarding the rehabilitation and refurbishment of a country club sitting on black cotton clays,with depth of the heavy expansive soil ranging between 1.25 to 5m ,liquid limit ranging from 77.5%-86.5%,clay content between 13-33%,plasticity index 29-46%,the club built in 1967 has developed minimal cracks on the wall and pronounced longitudinal cracks between the floor slab and the structural wall,foundation used was raft foundation,pliz advice what to do to retain the strength of the structure in a cost effective way,thank u.

Not enough information. Provide plan view and cross sections where the pronounced cracks occur.

What measures have you considered so far?
