What is the basis of the mentioned figures, "cut in speed about 1.0 m/s", "rated wind speed about 3 m/s" & "cut off speed about 20 m/s". Is this just an arbitrary figure or you have some details with you?

Thanks and regards

As the available power in wind at 1 m/s is nothing and even at 3 m/s is not worth going after İ expect these are dart board numbers. 5 m/s is a practical minimum really.

I have a great idea, used an alternator of RV (motor home) this kind of alternator output is 120 vots, and can use a litle gear box to increase the RPM, need a battery 12Volts, like a Bike, is only to excite the alternator, and the blades, building of half of PVC pipe of 6 inches, put in a shaft with square pipe and this is a easy disign of wind power
