Copper Wire & Coax Design

We have a New Wire Design which increases the surface area of the wire while reducing the heat dissipation ability & decreases resistance.

This is a positive new way of extending the wire capacities in the use of Electrical, Communications, Coils, Electromagnetic Gauss without adding wires or increasing gauges. This Electrical wire can be used in all gauges including Power Grids & Hydroelectric.

The Design will give you about at least a 30-40% more surface area in the commonly used length of wire. A smaller gauge will suffice as compared to today's standards giving unlimited applications.

A Simulation will bear out the benefits of this design thru R&D.

Costs of production should be minimal. An additional die added into an existing wire drawing machine will produce the desired effect while saving material costs.

The same opportunity for a second Patent to go with the First Patent is now

pending also .This Coax cable acts as a shield & ground without the costs & weight. This printed lattice network is on the outer cable unlike the metal lattice.

Reducing heat dissipation is bad.

Increasing surface area can be bad.

Only the Hi-Fi audio world would buy such a thing.

Lower cost and weight sileding is a good thing.

Explain it with numbers and someone might be interested.
