The vacuum "bottle" that is used in VCB is called the Vacuum interrupter.

The basic difference between Vacuum breaker & interrupter is that the former is a breaker and it will break the supply in pree determined conditions, however later is an isolator only

To the best of my knowledge, the "Vacuum Interrupter" is the sealed vacuum chamber with contacts, bellows, getter plate etc which comprise the interrupting device. In a VCB, three such interrupters are used in a frame, with a mechanism to close and open the contacts within the interrupters. This is shown in the sectional view of the VCB in #1.
