Can someone help me to get a Excel file & thory behind "Short Circuit Forces calculation for Twin ACSR conductor (TWIN MOOSE ACSR )"

I need the excel file irrespective of the technical support. Kindly someone help me in this regards.

I think you have to review your simple physics for this one.. Forces between two current-carrying conductors.. and try to make an Excel worksheet for this one..
