Best Servo Drive

Please help me to select best servo motor, its drive and MMI for my powder filling and form fill and seal machine.

Parker do some nice servo drive packages (but they are expensive).

As for your Man/Machine Interface (MMI), I have found that the cheapest (and generally best) alternative is to get a local switchboard or similar electrical company to build one to your specifications and needs. If however you want a really simple (basic ON/OFF control) or really complex (full touch screen panel) control, then you are better of buying an off-the-shelf control package.

The other alternative is to buy a complete solution from a company that makes these machines (I don't know who these are in the India/Asia area). This may be more cost effective.

Sandeep, I worked for some wellknown Pharmaceutical companies and there I used Panasonic Servomotors and Drives/Controllers.

check out www.elau.com . Thay have the complete range and are used by most (if not all) of the major packaging companies. They also give excellent training and service.
