Torque Relaxation of Fasteners at Cryogenic Temperature

How torque relaxation of fasteners is avoided for bolted joints in cryogenic temperature???

You would have to use materials with similar thermal expansion coefficients. But, what about the change in strength? Is a bolted joint really the best way to go?
