What type of integrity check you want to undertake? A mechanical integrity check? Against which code the filter have been designed and manufactured? Hasn't those been tested at manufacturer's shop?

Regards.

Share some details of the filter you are talking about. Does it involve any weld seam? What's the service? Operating and environmental conditions etc.? Without knowing such details, any inspection plan is hard to recommend.

You are probably looking at either a forward flow test or a Bubble point test. Alot will depend on whether the filter is Hydrophillic or Hydrophobic. I would suggest that you get a copy of PDA Technical Report No 26 and PDA Technical Report No 40. Post back here if you need further information. A good source of Information on these type of subjects is a member called Holeinthesnow. Try sending him/her an email.
