	we have DMF plant using butterfly valves for isolation, but due to salt formation, very difficult to isolate, please suggest can we use other valves like ball, knife wedge etc valve.

	May I suggest you to use ceramic-lined ball valve or butterfly valve? Abrasion-resistant and corrsion-resistant. Hope this solution can help you.
