In my opinion, there is no difference between the flexibility analysis of any one metallic piping system and another.

There is a significant difference in the methodology of analysis for an anisotropic FRP/GRP system and a metalic system. This is reflected in the construction and usage of computer analysis software such as CAESAR-II

The ANSI B31.1 and B31.3 piping codes recognize titanium piping materials and provide methodologies for flexibility anaysis.

Does this help you and all of the third world with all of the stolen software out there ?

Sorry to burst some bubbles but there is a great bit of difference in metal or tube piping. Titanium is used on aircraft with great success. However there is more to securing the "tubing" to the aircraft then you may guess. Properly secured it offers alot of flexibility. Secure it to tightly and you will prematurely wear holes in it. Your intended application would sure keep me from being embarrassed.
