Panel View Printer Help!

07/13/2010 6:52 AM

Hello all, I am new to this forum so greetings to everyone. I need help in selecting a printer to use with an AB Panel View plus 1500 HMI interface. It was my understanding that any HP printer will suffice but, after buying an HP laserjet 1102w I found out that's not true. Thanks!

Do AB recommend any particular type? Do they specify what interface is needed?

They claim that any printer (usb) that uses PCL3 language will work.

Did that. I've gone through the printer config many times. Any ideas on a different printer? We have determined that the 1102w is not compatible.
