I believe this question has also been answered a few times on CR4 before. Try a search using the search function on the right also.

I am not familiar with the software title "PowerWorld simulator" but a quick internet search produced the following link to a demo version of the software and the associated user guides and documentation.

Probably, but I am not sure if there are any free versions available. Try an internet search again with more specific key words, that may help you find something similar on the internet.
