The only W.P.S i know is welding procedure specification and this can be any base material can you illiteraite

It is kind of material which use to make blade or cutter.

we are using this material to make blade or cutter to our flakes making machine.

Please help me.

Are you refering to a machine like this or a extruder... if so it is probably Stainless Steel ! If it is an auger blade. You should be able to order a replacement part from the manufacturer.
