Relay Range

i want to use 100/5 ratio ct coil as overload relay on 70 amp load.what amp range relay & setting required for this application ?

At 70A primary you will get 3.5A in the CT secondary. You can use a relay which has this current setting near its top rating, so that it cannot be set too high by mistake. You need to also see that the CT is capable of delivering this current through the relay...in other words the relay burden of the CT should be adequate.
