Are you referring to the sulphur burning reactor for SO3 alkylsulfonate production? If affirmative look up impact reactors in the chemical engineering literature.

We have successfully used LPG duct burners for drying applications, if it is what you mean by "Duct Burner". We can design the system for you, if only you could provide us with details of the process, temperature etc.
