Water Tube Boiler and its Accessories

We are manufacturer of Power Boiler and its Accessories. Accessories includes economizer, supereheater, Air preheater, ESP etc. But the problem we are facing while Welding of tubes, Defects found like lack of Penetration or extra Penetration. Joint Preparation of tubes are big problem. Can anyone suggest me type of machine for making V type joint of size upto 2.5 inches of diameter and also clamp for holding joint while making GTAW welding which allows welding of joint in one go.

Whoever is selling you your welding supplies can get an expert to look at your problem and they will solve it! This is a free resource available to you as a customer.

If they say NO. Find a better supplier.

Parker Hannifin, Huntsville, automatic welding machines are highly recommended for all positions, all materials. Just dial in the recommended numbers for the materials of construction. Welds are nuclear certifable.

Before starting the work the following cocontributing factors should be kept in mind:

Was the tube weldable grade?

Was the tube to secification?

Was the tube correctly identified?

Who devise the welding procedure?

Was the welding procedure tested and approved?

Were the electrodes correct specification?

Was the electrodes stored correctly?

Was the joint assembled correctly?

Was the preheat temp specified?

Was the welding done by the certified welder?

Was the joint postheat treated?

I think these are the factotrs will be helpful to solve these problems.You may also used Plasma welding machine which are readily available in the global market. If you need any more please come through CR4.
