The problem of finding a specific manufacturer's components is a common one in every electrical industry and product line.
1N4849 is a General Purpose Reference Regulator Diode, and 2N6661 is a standard N-Channel FET. Both are standard parts manufactured by numerous other manufacturers.
For most applications the same parts made by different manufacturers will work exactly the same. If this is for a special application (or the components are working in a very specific way that a slight change in component tolerance will effect the circuit) then you can check the datasheets to ensure alternate component compatibility.
Alternate sourcing the same part from different manufacturers is industry standard practice! If there are any doubts consult an engineer or product designer for alternate manufacturer part approval. You should have an alternate second-source supply set up anyway (another industry standard practice for component supply line redundancy).
