Not to cheat Stinky Pete out of his 50, but your question does not have enough information.

What do you mean by "ATV"? An all terrain vehicle?

What do you mean by "model"? Do you mean a scaled model? If so, what scale? Working parts? What material? Color or monochrome? Or do you mean an actual life-sized fully-functional unit?

What part of the world are you in? Have you contacted local model builders?
