Not everyone (More likely hardly anyone) knows what AVR SX440 is.

So, first you should identify what all the letters mean.

Then Google "AVR SX440" if you know how, and you will have dozens of explanations and diagrams.

What is working principle of AVR SX440?

AVR SX440 is a particular model of AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator). In terms of working principle, this AVR is pretty same as any other AVR. If you would like to know the general principle of AVR, CR4 is not a forum to teach you such theory in detail.

How it works describe with circuit diagram.

Again, CR4 is not such a forum to teach this. If you think the block diagram of AVR SX440 may help, here it is http://www.frontierpower.ca/stamford/td_sx440.gb_05.03_02.pdf

this is the third time in two days that I've found answers to questions asked here just by "googling" it

and found them all in less than three minutes apiece

Google is too impersonal. Every one likes to have individual tutoring.
