Deep Drawing lubricant

03/03/2007 6:29 AM

What kind of lubricant should you advise me to use in the deep drawing process? It must have max. 100 cSt because of my pump properties and be sprayable.

Much too complicated for a simple answer. I suggest you contact your lubricant supplier and ask for technical assistance. There are so many factors involved--temperature, materials, rate, surface finish, die life, desired surface finish, etc. Vast universe of options.
