sir...can you please give me some idea about charging a cell phone via another cell phone through bluetooth

Bluetooth cannot supply enough power to charge a phone.

Class 1 (the most powerful version, with a range of up to 100m) only has a total transmitted power of 100mW - and that's 'shining out' in all directions, so only a minute amount would be received by another device.
