As the veteran member, plckid, said, you have to be specific. Not really.

Just Google "plc software."

This is generally downloadable of the specific PLC manufacturer's website. Have you tried there?

Some PLC programs in installed PLCs are password protected, some are not. Be aware that having PLC software does not guarantee readable access to a PLC's program.

A few PLC's offer downloadable no-cost software and the distributor or manufacturer will be glad to let you know that.

Most PLC manufacturers license their software. Copies without a valid license with not install or run.

Most PLC's use distributors/reps for sales of the hardware/software. Google your country's name and the PLC name to find a distributor.

Contact the distributor with the model of the PLC and get a quote for the ost of the software.

Fill out your company's purcahse requisition form, get a PO number, order the PLC software from the distributor.

You have two posts, one asking for help on synchronization and the other one offering to help anyone with a question on synchronization. Are you asking or telling?

asking http://cr4.globalspec.com/thread/58790/How-Can-We-Do-Grid-Synchronization-Transformation-Synchronization

offering help http://cr4.globalspec.com/thread/58792/Synchronization-of-two-power-Source

In addition you seem to be selling PLC software here http://cr4.globalspec.com/comment/613230

It's a little confusing trying to figure out what is going on.
