Switch Yard Question

1. Can anybody tell me about the 110 kV switch yard possible faults/problem and possible causes.how to rectify the problem.

2. What neutral ground resistor?

3. What vector surge relay? How to set the value in relay?

I am guessing this is for general interest only. Please have a look on CR4 using the search function on the right as many of these questions and concepts have been answered (to various degrees) on CR4 before.

OOPS!! Want answers to everything in one go. We normally take at least one full day to explain this to our training programme participants ( who themselves are experienced electrical professionals).
