Conversion of Air Cooler Into Air Conditioner

actually i am a mechanical engineering student.

i am taking a project to convert air cooler into air conditioner so that humidity produced by cooler can be minimized .so how can i convert the cooler in to an air conditioner in a economic way?

Some day you may be required to solve a problem all by yourself, and this can be a good way to learn.

First, how do you suppose air gets, "conditioned"?
