Do a search for 'time delay relays'.

Sorry, but your language syntax makes it very very difficult to understand what you want.

Are you asking how to delay the start of a motor for 45 seconds after someone gives it a Run command? If so, that is accomplished with a Time Delay Relay in the motor starter control circuit, specifically one that is Time-Delay-on-Energization, abbreviated TDOE (also called an "On-Delay" or "Delay-on-Make" timer). Have the Run command energize the timer coil, then have the timed contacts of the timer energize the motor starter coil 45 seconds later. A standard TDOE timer will immediately de-energize the timed contacts when you remove power from its coil, so the Stop will still be immediate.

If that did not make sense to you, please turn this project over to a professional.

Power protection with "Delay timers" are available in the market..

Go for Siemens or ABB..

If you want to increase time limit go for an extra timer, which will increase ON time..
