Dell B130, System 32 Error on Start Up

Then the computer freezes. I got a recovery Cd from Dell, last night follow this proceedure

f12 at start up

cd/dv, run Windows from Cd

it would start and then there were a bunch of 0000 and a no entry detected on a black screen.

I know this isn't much information. Any help would be apperciated

Bdalton,

Have you given the entire message you're getting on startup? While searching the web for possible answers, a lot of posts show something like "System32 Error: filename.exe (or .dll)"

Is there a filename associated with the error message?

Does the BIOS show any built-in diagnostics that can be run? Can you even get into the BIOS screen?

Need some more detail to be of much help.
