The link which you gave was a good one. We got a better visualization of the whole system.
Regarding the problem statement.
We have to inject titanium oxide paste in running water which is flowing at 5 to 10 bar.
Regarding the mixing ratio we have to mix say 6kg of tiatanium oxide in 100 litres of water.
We need to design a feasble mechanical system by which we can feed this paste into flowing water. The injecting or feeding mechanism can be plunger type or any thing.
Kindly suggest some ideas on the this high pressure feeding/Injection system. There can be possible back flow of paste so consider this also so that it doesnot occur.

You still
have not confirmed the flow rates, however the eductor system shown should be
good for your concentration.
Now the
challenge is how to reliably get it into the eductor. TiO2 is a very difficult
material to hopper and meter. It sticks, packs and dusts everything. Contact
the feeder manufacturers below for equipment specified to meter this material:

the flow of water is 10LPM.
well we have no idea regarding the metering of titanium paste.
As you said titanium does sticks to the wall so this is also a challenge for us.
Well we donot have any manufactures who will provide us the equipments. We have to develop such equipments. If some similar kind of high pressure injection system exist then kindly tell us about it.
