Can any one suggest me the maintenance procedure of Centrifugal Separator?

It all depends on the type and size of your centrifugal separator. I recommend that you refer to the manufacturer's web site for a maintenance procedure. We do not know if your centrifuge was built to separate blood fractions, pilot endurance or isotope separation. Each of these centrifuges will have completely different maintenance procedures.

Is this more preparation for your Marine entrance exam?

One thing that will also be required is clear communication, both in interrogative (questions) and declarative statements. These must be mastered for your success.

1. Dis-assemble.

2. Clean and inspect.

3. Replace any defective parts.

4. Re-assemble.

LynLynch almost a good answer(GA) …....... I have to vote for doorman on this one - reassemble the plates in the exact order that they were removed-
