Forging/alloy recipe.

And make possible as much data in manufacture processes as humanly (and machine) capability.Use a Specific Label for any and all data.

I think you mean it for sampling plan?

It all depends on your process. A batch will be defined as one which denotes a population. A population is one in which all the variation is due to random causes.

For the process industry you have to study these and then - may be by trial and error - find the frequency at which the population homogenisation takes place.
