Looking for new suppliers for a plastic cap I have made. The cap is to be made of black poly propylene. This order will be for 2000pcs made by machining but would also like to have a mold made for all future orders.
General specs are as follows: 2.24"O.D. X 1.03" Height. With .5" deep 1.75 Acme thread on the I.D. and an o-ring groove that bottoms out a .622" deep.
If you or someone you've worked with in the past has the capability to work on something like this please provide their contact info. I would like to keep the work in North America but am not opposed to over sea's suppliers if the quality is consistent. Thanks for your time.
