Wall Thickness vs. SDR

Wall thickness is denoted by Schedule (for ferrous and non-ferrous) but for PE it is denoted by SDR.

How can I find the wall thickness in mm for HDPE PE3408 (D3350) at SDR9 & SDR11.

Assume all conditions to be same in two.

Pl. give comments on this topic.
