Diode Specs/Part Number

Google search-ST AN308 Application note; then download [pdf] TRIAC analog control circuits for inductive loads. On page 10/16 i.e page 10 of 16 is a Power variation circuit for arc welding transformer- Figure 11.Can someone please tell me the specifications or part no. of DB3 used in this diagram?

The part you are asking about is called a DIAC, a trigger diode and DB3 is the ST part number. Just type it into your search engine with ST as the manufacturer, it should come right up. Many others make this type of part as well.

Google 'DB3'. Select 'STMicroelectronics', select 'DB3' Generic P/N and the full specs appear. Aint computers wonder full?
