Ion Exchange on Zeolite 13 x Granules

i want to ion exchange zeolite 13x granules with 80 to 85 % lithium ion & 15 to 20 % calcium ion, so please tell me how can i perform the perfect ion exchange & what is the parameters like how to ion exchange ,temperature parameters chemical compositions , ion exchange condition , ion exchange tower size ect.

For the best performance in ion exchange, a full chemical analysist is needed including pH, turbidity, and TOC.

Thanks for giving your valuable reply , could you describe me how ph turbidy & toc testing should become helpful to me. in my process we are ion exchanging sodium alumino silicates with lithium & calcium , so we have to analyze Na , Ca , & Li ion concentration much more time , so please suggest me an analytical instrument that can analyze these ions fastly easyly & very user friendly.
