	Dear Gurus , Can anybody tell me where can i find an equivalent relay to replace V23016-D0006-A201 Siemens GP Relay. PCB mount Relay coil voltage is 24V Coil Resistance is 970ohm Contact capacity 7.6Amp Can i replace it using Tyco relay Part No 256-3654 ( R S component Part No ) with few modification. Please advice. Thanks.

	Somebody should provide you with a resolve; guess it's me. I believe that it is a one-of-a-kind footprint. This is what I would do: look through an online catalog (e.g. Digi-Key) for a relay with the same electrical specs. It could be one for PCB mounting or just with solder tabs. Verify that it could lay on it's flat side in the space of the defective one. The pin-out need not be of importance. Add (solder) insulated solid wires and preform them to properly interface with the board footprint. Use RTV silicone to hold the new relay in place. And of course complete by soldering the wires on the PCB. The datasheet that I got was in German and could not discern exactly what the contact version is (shows two).
