IGBT Test

Dear Friends

I want know how to Test the IGBT. its good or bad ?

In my plant area we are using 200HP VFD. currently is VFD getting tripping and panel display showing High temperature alarm . we check the panel temperature its in normal only. As per my engineer want to check the IGBT. Please give some ideas to check the IGBT
