The volume of FM-200 depends on volume of the protected area, which is in this case the Data Center. Cylinders come in different sizes, so you can get 2 small ones instead of one large cylinder, if you want, so the number of cylinder doesn't really matter. In addition AHJ may require you to install reserve cylinder, which is exactly same size as the main one.
