I don't think there is one.
As far as I know SPL needs actually measuring, ideally using a dummy head (yes seriously) as it is dependant on the accoustics of the environment.

Depending on the test procedure and what you are actually trying to measure, you might use a device such as the one below, as suggested by Del.

B&K 4128 HATS - Head and Torso Simulator

For actual sound measurements at the source of the noise a sound intensity probe is used.

They never talk back, and for variety, you can change the ears.

Unfortunately they are very expensive.

Sound Power(W)/ Area(m2) = Sound Pressure(Pa) x Particle Velocity(m/s)

Sound Level (dB) = 10log(base10) [Sound power x 10^12]
