How to Empty The c2h2 Cyclinder

we are using c2h2gas for battery manufaturing purpose, my question is some gas is left over in cylinder (Apporx10%).how to empty the cylinder pl.suggest

If you are using a large volume, you are probably better off negotiating a contents credit deal with your gas supplier and leave a bit of pressure in the cylinders.

This saves the supplier purging the cylinders before refilling and you end up paying only for what you use.
