Hi Mikele, A more specific description of the type of "step-up" experience should be outlined. Both my partner and I have worked for firms that also include exhibit design, product design and graphics in their stable of services for retail clients such as Apple, Swatch, Nike and Reebok, to name a few. There is a difference between design of the retail building, interior design, display environments, interactive exhibits, graphics and product development, etc. So perhaps you're not getting the right response because the question or outline of work experience that you're looking for is vague.
