	Our company is engaged in PLC based automation machines. We use Panasonic PLC but for software have to depend on Panasonic people. The service in Mumbai is very bad to say the least. We need to train our own engineers for any software problems. Any suggestions how to go about it?

	Without knowing for sure, I assume Panasonic offers training on their PLC software (I mean, everybody I used to deal with did). How many engineers do you have, and how many do you want to train?
