Did you check if the switch actuator is not bent and acts properly? I have met also microwaves with multiple switches. Maybe you've forgotten one? On my latest visit to the bush I recovered 3 pieces out of one.

yes, the switch is working, but i dont have a schematic, so not sure where the next interlock switch is located in line.

Screwdriver, and explore inside. Check for a plastic molded frame with small micro switches in it. See also that the door makes good contact(s). The more simple and cheap, the more switches.

It's possible that wet egg blew through the vents inside and it's acting as a conductor somewhere between contacts.

last time i dismantled a micro there was three switches on the door but you need to be inside to see them.

they are the magnetron safetys

you need to check these.
