ACS800 drive problem

We have the ACS800-04-0610-7 Drive for Fan application (560KW) and it has been running for 6 months now we got a Fault - Over current(2310) but the motor no exceeding the limit current it was running in half load, we magered the cable and checked all the fault function parameters, so give me any suggestion.

try checking resistance between terminals, you may have an unbalanced resistances in your motor..
