NFPA Fire Alarm/Public Address System

Hello,

I just need to know if it is allowed in NFPA to use the paging system (and public address system) as Fire Alarm Speakers in case of a fire or should they be rather seperated.

NO! All fire suppression system components are autonomous. You will find this out when you speak to the licenced professional who should be installing your system. Until then you'd better go hide under the bed or something. The NFPA police are coming to get YOU!

OK :).

Do you have any idea about the British and French Standards? Is it allowed by the BS and NF(Norme Francaise) to use the speakers and public address system as Fire speakers?
