We need your help

It's very pity. Sell all product lower than China price. Compete with China in mass production ... there is no point. Try to get governmental order or need to be transformed to product what China cannot to do. If it's still possible.

This is unfortunate but the reality of life... You cannot compete based only on pricing (especially at 50% lower than you) so one option is buy from China and resell these products you cannot produce at this low cost! 15% MARGIN IS BETTER THAN NOTHING, and if you negotiate volume discount... who knows!

You got probably a reputation on the market...use it at your advantage: sell quality not quantity when necessary.

Change your activity or I should say adapt your manufacturing skills for what the market you are in, is asking for... Do not talk about products only but systems or complementary products ... try to sell package, it might work

Transform or maybe sell your machinery that you won't need anymore to get new one fitting the new market needs... ask yourself: what is the cost if I do not change?

The most effective way to take action is to make changes. Changes force you to grow!

Not an easy solution and please if you take that route... tell you workers what are your intentions, ask questions and LISTEN what they have to say:you might find some ingenious solutions in your own business... Peoples participate to change things when they understand why changes becomes priority, otherwise they stay in their routine and habits... your workers are your best asset don't forget...
