Abot Electric Current

can we transmitt electric current in ray,which can't harm our environment and animal

Although Raymond may be a bit of an animal, he's not going to appreciate current passing through him. As to the environment it depends on how much current is used, apparently he will smell as you electrocute him.

Yes, but it really depends on your definition of "harm" (some say yes some say no) and "electric current" (perhaps you are thinking of energy).

There are many ways, what were you thinking of? What would be the application?
